Physical Setup 1. Begin by connecting the Serial/Ethernet cable from the MGNT Ethernet port of the router to the Serial port of the PC. 2. Using Hyper Terminal, Make a new connection using “Connect to Com ___”. 3. Set the: Bits per sec: 38400 Data Bits: 8 Parity: None Stop Bits: 1 Flow Control: None Software Config Type the words in blue.
